How to Start a Return

  2. Include photos of the item you wish to return
  3. Our team will review and respond within 24-48 hours
  4. We will provide you with return instructions
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item:
  • Email us with photos of the product within 7 days of delivery
  • We will send a replacement free of charge within 72 business hours
  • No need to return the damaged item
Refund Process
  • Once your return is received and approved we will process your refund
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed
Return Shipping Costs
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Exchanges
  • We accept exchanges for different sizes or colors within 30 days of delivery

Late Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 5 business days:

  3. Contact your bank as processing time may vary
